1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the dhk7 platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision set out herein, you must refrain from using this website.

dhk7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create and maintain an account on dhk7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party or corporation without express written consent from dhk7.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on dhk7. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

dhk7 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect against fraud and underage gambling. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming the registered mobile number).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dhk7 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dhk7 supports the following local payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard for international transactions. All financial transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions published at the time of the promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

dhk7 maintains strict anti-abuse policies. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts (bonus stacking or multi-accounting).
• Using bonus funds to place opposing bets (arbitrage / hedging strategies designed to unlock bonus value risk-free).
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on dhk7 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before submitting. The following conduct rules apply to all games and sports markets on the platform:

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game, dhk7 reserves the right to declare the bet void and refund the stake.
• Collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated unfair play is strictly prohibited and will be referred to relevant authorities.
• Odds errors and obvious pricing mistakes do not create binding contracts. dhk7 may void such bets and return stakes at its discretion.

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, IPL), all outcomes are determined by official match results issued by the governing body. Replays and super-overs are included unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

dhk7 takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gaming very seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or emotional distress, we strongly encourage players to use our responsible gaming tools.

Deposit Limits & Time-Outs

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time by contacting support. A cooling-off period of up to 30 days and a permanent self-exclusion option are both available. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Underage Gambling Prevention

dhk7 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. All accounts undergo age verification as part of the KYC process. If it is found at any point that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any balance — including deposits and winnings — will be frozen pending investigation.

However, dhk7 shall not be held liable for losses arising from: interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet disruptions in Bangladesh).

In no event shall dhk7's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. dhk7 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of expected winnings or anticipated profits.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

dhk7 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity through its platform. All financial transactions are monitored. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

• Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. Any account found to be linked to criminal proceeds will be immediately suspended and funds frozen.
• Structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds is a violation of AML law and these terms.
• dhk7 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and court orders relating to financial crime.

dhk7 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities only where legally required or operationally necessary.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the dhk7 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. dhk7 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any other formal remedy.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published on the dhk7 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and dhk7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
